Transit Oriented Development is emerging as a core development trend across the United States. The Buffalo Niagara region has an incredible opportunity to increase the value of existing and future residential, retail, office and entertainment space and districts through the most significant increase in transportation options in several generations. National experts will present on how regions and developers can increase return on investment and finance transit-oriented and non-automobile dependent development.
