2017 ULI Health Leaders Network Program Participants Announced!

The Building Healthy Places Initiative has officially announced the participants selected to join in the 2017-2018 cohort for the ULI Health Leaders Network, an effort designed to empower real estate and land use professionals with the skills, knowledge, and networks to improve health outcomes in their professional practice and communities. The first cohort of Health Leaders will convene in an introductory forum during ULI’s Fall Meeting in Los Angeles, participate in a series of webinars, work on small group projects involving a commercial corridor in Seattle, and conclude with a final forum in Denver.

Thirty-two professionals in real estate development, planning, design, engineering, finance, and healthcare from across the country have been selected to participate in the first cohort. Proudly representing the New York District Council are Tim McCarthy, Managing Principal, Hart Howerton; Erin Patterson, Vice President, Consulting, JLL; Dominic Ruiz, Business Development, International WELL Building Institute; and Emily Kurtz, Deputy Housing Director, Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizens Council, Inc.
