I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI New York emails?
Have you added ULI New York to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. (also make sure you are opted-in for ‘activities in my local District Council’ on your email preferences)
How do I become a ULI member/renew my membership?
Please visit uli.org/join to decide which membership package is right for you as a new member, or log in at my.uli.org to renew as an existing member . Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.
