Membership Types

Associate Membership

The most popular type of membership, Associate Membership is open to all and enables you to gain access to the majority of the benefits ULI has to offer – especially at the local level here in New York.

Full Membership

Full Membership is selective and specifically aimed at senior industry professionals. Full Members have added leadership and participation benefits in addition to the benefits Associate Members receive.

Corporate Membership

The ULI Corporate Partnership program offers companies the opportunity to engage with ULI in a strategic manner, and to strengthen relationships, increase brand exposure, achieve economies of scale through event registrations and sponsorships, and demonstrate their leadership in important topics for the industry.

This program is intended for companies with a minimum of 20 active members across multiple office locations.

Public Agency Membership

Who is Eligible? Government agencies, accredited universities, and nonprofit organizations

Annual Membership Fee (to be paid by the agency): $680

What is Included with the Membership Fee? TWO Associate Memberships and ONE Full Membership (Full Membership slot is aimed at executive employees in the agency)

Additional Memberships (can be added on top of the 3 included memberships mentioned above): Associate Memberships can be added for $150 per year, per employee; Full Memberships can be added for $295 per year, per employee
