We invite you to join us for one our most anticipated events of the year—ULI New York’s annual economic forecast with acclaimed economist Ken Rosen. This members-only event promises an inside-look at the fluctuations that will impact business over the coming year.

Mr. Rosen will present a comprehensive assessment of and projected forecast for the U.S. and global economy, and describe the implications for the commercial and residential real estate markets.

• Almost two years into Trump’s presidency, how has the economic forecast changed as political priorities continue to shift? How does last year’s economic forecast compare to what has transpired politically and economically? What impact has the trade war with China had on real estate markets?

• With tax reform just completed in Washington, what are the impacts on the real estate market and the overall economy?

• The economy has been growing at a rapid pace. What is the forecast for employment, wage growth, and inflation? How do these interact with FED rate hikes, and how much more runway is there in this cycle? How may cap rates move with increasing interest rates?

• What are the risks that can cause an end to the forecast steady growth that exists today – how should we be thinking about geo-political risks such as U.S.-North Korean relations, trade wars, and other items that could affect the economic forecast?
