Companies are testing out new models of co-living buildings which offer smaller individual living space with more shared amenities. This program will focus on different approaches that companies are taking in terms of physical structure, social programming, amenities and technology. What is and isn’t going to work? Panelists will discuss how co-living projects are being financed and examine different deal structures. The panel will also explore how co-living fits into the future of New York City housing and how can it assist with the city’s affordable housing goals.
