ULI WNY Presents: Northland Workforce Training Center
In the constantly evolving modern economy, growing and enhancing the region’s skilled labor force is a key facet of Western New York’s economic growth strategy. A wide range of public and private entities jointly have an interest in the potential benefits generated from this effort, and important roles to play in bringing them to fruition.
On Wednesday, November 28, ULI Western New York is proud to host an interactive tour of the Northland Workforce Training Center, including presentations from key players in the development of Northland Central and the Northland WTC, as well as the larger Northland Beltline Corridor Redevelopment Project. This $100 million historic preservation project will be transformational for the East Side of Buffalo and the WNY Region. Join us to gain insight into the financing, development, construction, and operations of complex public/private partnership projects like the Northland Workforce Training Center.
