Join ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group for an exclusive look at 35 Hudson Yards. The program will begin with an overview presentation of the design of the tower and process of its construction by Mark Boekenheide, Senior Vice President, Related Companies, Director of Design, Hudson Yards; and Nicole Dosso, Director, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. After their presentation and a short Q&A session, attendees will be given a tour of the site. Following the tour, the group will proceed to a local bar for happy hour and networking.
*Please make sure to wear closed, hard sole shoes as 35 HY is a live construction site, no dresses or skirts allowed. Space is limited.

About Hudson Yards:
The Hudson Rail Yards is bound by 10th and 12th Avenues, and 30th and 33rd Streets on the western side of Manhattan. This six-block area comprised of 26 acres is the western terminus for the Long Island Railroad and provides storage and maintenance areas for its fleet. This area is being redeveloped by Related Companies for residential, commercial and open public space use. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP provided the architectural design and structural engineering for 35 Hudson Yards. At 1,000 ft tall, this luxury hotel and residences is one of the tallest buildings in New York City. The tower overlooks the Hudson River and public open space below.
