    Join ULI New York as we kick off the new year with a series of members-only behind the scenes tours of the 2022 Awards for Excellence in Development project winners!
     
    We are excited to begin this year's series with a tour of the Battery Maritime Building - Casa Cipriani. Amalia Nicholas (VP of Construction, Development and Design, Midtown Equities) and Tim Fryatt (Partner, Marvel) will share how they converted a unique 1909 New York City architectural landmark into a destination for recreation and leisure.
