Join ULI New York’s Program Steering Committee for a tour of Waldorf Astoria New York, the legendary hotel closed for renovations in 2017 and fully reopened in 2025. The renovated hotel transformed its 1,400 rooms into 375 guest rooms and 372 residences, and it reopened with 43,000 square feet of event space, a spa and fitness center, and signature restaurants. Our visit will feature a tour of some of the hotel’s most iconic spaces as well as a closer look at the combination of preserving historical significance while adding modern amenities and technology.
