Join ULI New York for the next tour in our series of members-only, behind-the-scenes tours of the 2021 Awards for Excellence in Development project winners!
We are excited to continue this series with a tour of Industry City. Andrew Kimball (CEO, Industry City) and Jim Somoza (Partner, Director of Development, Industry City) will share how they repurposed a shipping and manufacturing complex into a hub for offices, retail, and dining that is home to 550 businesses and welcomes over 15,000 visitors every weekend.
