    Interested in exploring new ways to evolve and grow your real estate career? Join ULI New York's YLG on April 23 for a discussion with Laura Mueller-Soppart, entrepreneur-in-residence and head of product at Six Peak Capital, a real estate asset management firm.
    Our conversation will center around Laura's exciting and transformative real estate career path. Laura previously created Two Trees' first in-house marketing department and led special projects efforts, founded her own real estate consultancy Built Interest, and currently spearheads Six Peak Capital’s coliving and affordable housing product development. She was named one of Crain's Rising Stars in Real Estate in 2020.
     
    Hosted virtually via Zoom, the discussion will last 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes for conversation and Q&A.
     
    Bio -
     
    Laura Mueller-Soppart is a real estate developer on a mission to create built environments grounded in the power of people and place. Her consultancy, Built Interest, has worked on projects that range from Toronto's first food hall to dozens of co-living projects in Los Angeles. Her projects are all bound by introducing user-centric principles to our cityscapes and working with key stakeholders to find unique solutions to challenges from sustainability to affordability. She is also the Head of Product for Six Peak Capital, one of her clients focused on building dense housing across the US. In 2020, she was named one of Crain's Rising Stars in Real Estate.
     
    Prior to Built Interest, Laura worked at Two Trees where she was responsible for all things innovation, marketing, and placemaking at the Domino Sugar Factory and 300 Ashland in Brooklyn. She was also on the founding team of the Brooklyn Queen Connector.
     
    Laura is also the founder of Work the Polls, a 2020 Election grassroots campaign that registered 3,000 first time poll workers across 300 counties. While studying poli sci and econ at Northeastern University, she served in the Obama White House, Massachusetts State House, and in the European Parliament. Laura is Chicago raised and Brooklyn based.
