Join us virtually Tuesday, August 10th, as Josue Sanchez (L+M Development Partners) and Charlie Howe (Brookfield Properties) take us inside the development of two of the South Bronx's newest and most transformative mixed-use projects. Both currently under construction, Bronx Point and Bankside are profound examples of how new development can support traditionally under-served communities through authentic engagement. Josue and Charlie will take us through the unique challenges, pitfalls, and successes associated with achieving a restorative vision that will hopefully serve as a model for other developments throughout the city. As our city looks ahead to rebuilding with the hard-earned lessons of this past year – and especially having seen the outsized impacts on communities of color – this mobile workshop is a must-see for anyone looking to explore concrete examples of positive change.
