As Partner at MetaProp, Maureen utilizes her PropTech expertise and relationships to extend our global reach and in-house capabilities with strategic partners and portfolio companies. She is also focused on strengthening the existing community programs including the MetaProp Accelerator at Columbia University.
Prior to MetaProp, Maureen was President of Ten-X, the largest online commercial real estate marketplace, powering more than 90 percent of all online sales (backed by Google Capital and Stone Point Capital and acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2017 for $1.6B). Maureen led the strategic transformation of the business to expand beyond the traditional ways of transacting real estate including digitizing the operating model and launching non-auction products and services. She previously served as Chief Commercial and Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Ten-X.

CORY CLARKE | RXR Realty
Cory Clarke is Vice President of Product Management for RXR’s Digital Lab, where he is leading the development of RxWell – a comprehensive, public-health-based, data-driven platform for the workplace. He is responsible for software and hardware roadmap, technology partnerships, go-to-market and deployment for the RxWell products and services across RXR’s portfolio as well as 3rd parties.
Prior to WeWork, Cory was co-founder of the digital agency Tender Creative that was eventually acquired by VSA Partners where he was Partner and head of digital. In this role he lead design and development of applications for customers like IBM, Google, Rolex, Estee Lauder, and Samsung. He continues to be active in technology industry and academia, with speaking engagements as SXSW and Front-end of Innovation as well as past work as a professor at Columbia University and Pratt Institute teaching technology and architecture.

Nikki is a futurist and thought-leader for the real estate industry. She helps real estate owners, investors and developers to build a better future by making their assets future-ready.
She can be found speaking at leading industry conferences about robots, gen-z and disruptive innovations, and consults on significant real estate development projects around the world. She entered the property industry through her established career in architecture, having worked with Lend Lease and Koichi Takada Architects on mega-mall, hotels, mixed-use, luxury condos and new master-planned communities, in Australia, New York, China and Europe.
Nikki holds a Master of Commerce (International Business), Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Architecture with Honors, all from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She has received numerous honors and accolades for her work and is a frequent contributor in the media. She is based in New York City.
