On Tuesday, July 23, ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group hosted Innovative Residential Marketing Strategies. Held at Interface, the sold-out seminar featured a distinguished panel of developers, marketing professionals and social media experts. Curbed editor Hana Alberts led a moderated discussion between Asher Abehsera, General Manager of Residential Properties at Two Trees Management Company; Ari Heckman, Co-Founder & Principal of ASH NYC; Madelyne Kirch, President of Sun & Moon Marketing Communications; Ryan Schleis, Research Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Shwetha Subramanian, Vice President in Residential Development at Forest City Ratner Companies.
The event included a discussion of innovative strategies and trends in residential real estate marketing.. Shwetha Subramanian highlighted the importance of differentiating properties through amenity marketing to attract tenants, noting that “the amenity wars are on.” Panelists also explored the evolution of marketing techniques used to design, develop and promote residential developments to cater to and meet demanding market expectations in New York City’s fast-paced and competitive residential housing market.
