Joe Azrack to Chair I-195 Redevelopment District Commission

Joe Azrack, ULI Board of Trustees member and former ULI New York Program Steering Committee Chair, has stepped into the public realm for the first time in his career to chair the I-195 Redevelopment District Commission in Providence, Rhode Island.  The 195 commission is in charge of stimulating economic development in 27 acres — about 19 carved into 17 parcels available for sale and about 7 acres designed as city parks. Joe brings 20 years of experience with AEW Capital Management in Boston, a real-estate investment management firm. Read a feature of Joe’s new position in the Providence Journal here.
