ULI to Conduct Advisory Services Panel on Buffalo’s HSBC Tower

The Urban Land Institute will begin an advisory services panel on Buffalo’s HSBC Tower beginning February 25th, 2013. Buffalo Business First covered the evaluation:

A panel of urban development experts are expected to be in Buffalo, beginning Feb. 25, to take a hard look at the One HSBC Center and what the future may hold for downtown’s tallest office building.

The panel, comprised of representatives from the Urban Land Institute, will spend several days looking at the 38-story, 851,000-square-foot tower to help map a future course for the building.

The tower accounts for nearly 24 percent of downtown Buffalo’s office space. Its future is dominating the conversation concerning the local office and commercial office space landscape.
