Public-Private Partnerships: Innovative Finance Strategies for Redevelopment Projects

This moderated discussion will focus on innovative financing mechanisms within the realm of public-private partnerships. Hosted at the Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston, NJ, the first panel, will examine how PILOTs, tax abatements, public financing, redevelopment bonds and other public incentives can be best leveraged in terms of bringing a redevelopment project to fruition. A second panel which will focus on how these public incentives were used in the context of a redevelopment project, what worked, what didn’t and lessons learned.

Taking the LEED in Green Development: Pace University’s Master Plan for its Pleasantville Campus

Experts in sustainable development will join ULI Westchester Fairfield and Pace University for this conference and walking tour as they address the industries latest trends, challenges and financing such major construction projects. The conference will use Pace University’s Master Plan to reposition its Pleasantville campus, breaking ground this summer, as a case study.
