ULI Western New York’s Young Leaders Group and the UB Real Estate Club are excited to welcome Nadine Marrero, Danielle Shainbrown, and Matt Roland in the 2023 installment of our Secrets of Success series. Nadine Marrero is the President of Bridges Development, Inc, a Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority affiliate, and previously served as the Director of Zoning and Planning at the City of Buffalo from 2014 - 2021. Danielle Shainbrown is at Principal at Bellweather Advisors, LLC and previously served as President at McGuire Development Company from 2020 – 2022. Matt Roland is the Assistant Dean and Clinical Assistance Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning and previously worked in development for prominent local groups, including the Clover Group, Hamister Group, and Iskalo Development.
