    About the chef: Soledad Liendo was raised in Argentina and is a graduate of the International Institute of Culinary Arts in Buenos Aires. Soledad has traveled extensively throughout Europe and South America - all the while endlessly exploring the diversity of international cuisine and wine.  She has been sharing her extensive knowledge as a culinary school instructor for over 10 years in Charlottesville.
