ULI Western New York Secrets of Success Presented by the Young Leaders Group
ULI Western New York's Young Leaders Group is excited to welcome Lisa Hicks, Brad Packard, and Jason Yots to the 2024 installment of the Young Leaders Group's Secrets of Success series. Lisa Hicks is the Director of Development at the City of Buffalo and previously served at McGuire Development from 2017 to 2020. Brad Packard leads the development efforts at Belmont Housing Resources of WNY, Inc as the Executive Vice President of Development. He previously served as the Director of Development & Planning for Ciminelli Real Estate and the Assistant Director of Community Development for the Town of Clarence. Our final panelist, Jason Yots, is the Founder of Common Bond Real Estate and the President of Preservation Studios. Jason's career includes ventures in real estate law, development, and consulting.
